We are currently seeking a full-time Director of Lawn Care and Landscape.

Job Objectives:

1. Mentor and invest in youth employees on the job and during formal mentoring times.
2. Oversee and lead lawn care and landscape division.

GI Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Mentor employees through relational intentionality - teach, develop, train and coach employees
• Manage day to day operations of lawn care division
• Assist in quoting new properties
• Schedule weekly properties and see that jobs are completed in quality manner
• Assist in maintaining and fixing all equipment
• Maintain a strong customer relationship
• Assist Greater Impact team in general construction projects, screen printing, etc. during off-season or as needed during busy season

Skills/Requirements:

• Desire and ability to mentor employees understanding the greater mission of company
• Ability to operate lawn care equipment and drive a truck and trailer
• Ability to adapt to an ever changing environment
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to lead others
• Ability to provide quality control for properties and misc. jobs
• Ability to learn new jobs related to general construction and other GI related work
• Reliable, trustworthy and strong communicator
• Must have valid Driver’s License and pass background check

Expectations and Compensation:

• Pay Rate and PTO: Negotiable
• Start date: ASAP
• Report directly to General Manager
