Screen Printing
Screen Printing is a traditional method of printing that involves a design being transferred onto a mesh screen and then a squeegee is used to pull the ink through the screen onto a garment. One color is printed at a time, so several screens are needed to print a multi-colored graphic. Our equipment has capabilities of printing custom designs up to 6 colors. We use a water-based ink and print on popular brands such as Bella + Canvas, Next Level and Gildan Softstyle. We can print on a wide variety of brands to accommodate the customer's preference. Our minimum order is 12 garments, but we love to print large orders in bulk. The more you print the cheaper the cost per shirt! Plan for for 7-10 business days production time after the artwork and price have been approved.
Embroidery
Embroidery provides a highly professional look and is often used by businesses to advertise their logo on business attire. We take your logo or artwork and have it digitized. This process converts your graphic into a DST format to determine the number of stitches needed to apply your design onto fabric. This file is then transferred into our machine and programmed for the sequence of colors to be stitched. We use high quality thread and have an array of colors. Our equipment can embroider on just about any type of garment and there is a 12 item minimum per order.
FAQs
How long is your turnaround? Plan for 7-10 business days production time after the artwork and price have been approved. At times our schedule will allow us to print quicker and busier seasons might mean turnaround time is a little longer.
What garments do you screen print on? Most popular items include t-shirts, sweatshirts and sweatpants. bags. You tell us what you want and we order the garments to fit your style.
What garments do you embroider on? Most popular items include outerwear, polos, sweatshirts, hats, backpacks and duffle bags. You tell us what you want and we order the garments to fit your style.
How much does it cost? Call us or fill out the "Get a Quote" form and we will provide a quote for your order. We don't share a price chart because of all the variables that factor into the price including design set-up, number of colors/threads, quantity of garments, shipping, etc.
Can I supply my own artwork? Yes, you provide your own artwork and we will make it happen. We prefer vector files (.ai .eps .pdf .svg) but can work with other files as well.
Can you design my artwork from scratch? Yes, you give us your vision and we will run with it from there. Our design team will work with you until you are happy with the graphic before we print on any garments. In-house design comes at an additional cost.
Who do you print for? We print for anyone and everyone. While we are based out of South Bend, IN we would love to have friends all over the United States! Some local customers like to save money on delivery so they can come to the shop to pick up their order.
Can you fulfill large orders? Yes, we love to fulfill 1000+ item orders. This allows us to get in a zone while printing and offer you the best price while doing it.
Is the work quality even though you are printing with youth? Yes, our Director and Supervisors assure that we provide the best quality work. Quality and excellence is woven into what we teach our students and we make things right if you are not satisfied with our product.
